Our first in-house bone-borne expander platform.

Version 1 of the Tiger Screw MARPE range — the design we are developing and printing on our own floor right now. A single titanium frame with a central activation screw and four miniscrew ports, checked against the approved digital setup before it leaves the bench.

Design: Bone-borne palatal expander
Anchorage: Miniscrew-supported frame
Fabrication: In-house 3D metal printing
Finishing: Hand-polished, QC signed off
Turnaround: 7–10 days
